Items not covered by the OS Expander Roll warranty

Repairs will be charged in the following cases:

1. Repair of malfunctions caused by improper use or handling

2. Repair of breakdowns caused by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, pollution, and abnormal voltages (abnormalities in commercial power supplies)

3. In the event of breakdown or damage caused by repairs or modifications other than those performed by our service.

4. If a malfunction occurs in this product due to other connected devices.

5. In the event of breakdown or damage caused by use outside the intended use location.

6. Malfunctions and damage caused by dropping during transportation, moving, or installation after purchase

7. In the event of a malfunction caused by handling the product in a manner that violates the instructions and precautions described in the instruction manual.

8. Products with altered or intentionally removed product model names or serial numbers

9. Problems that occur with specific parts or connected devices (called mutual problems)

10. If purchased from an unauthorized retailer
