OS Expander Roll Warranty Exclusions

In the following cases, repairs will be subject to a charge, even within the warranty period.

Repair of malfunctions caused by improper use or mishandling.
Repair of malfunctions caused by wind and flood damage, earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, other natural disasters, pollution, and abnormal voltage (commercial power supply malfunctions).
In the event of malfunction or damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by parties other than our company.
If this product malfunctions due to other connected devices
In the event of malfunction or damage due to use outside of its intended use location.
Malfunctions and damage caused by dropping during transportation, relocation, or installation after purchase.
In the event of a malfunction caused by handling contrary to the usage instructions and precautions described in the instruction manual.
Products with altered or intentionally removed product model names or serial numbers.
Malfunctions that occur between specific parts or connected devices (known as interoperability issues).
If purchased from a source other than an authorized retailer
