Compared to the standard model, the starting torque is reduced by approximately 80% (standard 150g → OSMT 30g). By minimizing sheet slippage, it prevents scratches on the product surface and enables high-quality wrinkle removal.
Cost reduction by eliminating the need for drive mechanisms and pulleys.
Because it achieves extremely light rotation, it does not require forced rotation by a drive motor or pulley. By simply replacing existing guide rolls, it contributes to equipment simplification and energy savings.
Unique bearing structure allows for use with "difficult materials".
