By storing the bow adjustment mechanism inside the roll, it has become significantly more compact than conventional models, allowing it to be installed in narrow spaces where installation was previously difficult, such as inside the machine frame.
Adjustable for optimal wrinkle removal even while driving
Although compact, like other Varibow rolls, the degree of curvature can be adjusted without stopping the equipment. The optimum setting according to the sheet condition ensures the highest quality is always maintained.
We can also manufacture extremely small torque (MT) types that are compatible with low tension materials.
For customers who handle delicate films that are susceptible to tension, we also manufacture machines with extremely low torque (MT) specifications that have extremely low rotational resistance.
