The surface is coated with urethane rubber for excellent abrasion resistance. Its tough design allows it to withstand a maximum tension of 9000 kgf, reducing wear even on high-load production lines for steel plates and metal foils, ensuring stable operation for a long period of time.
Ideal for steel sheet and metal foil production lines
Its excellent durability makes it particularly effective for smoothing out wrinkles on sheet products that place a heavy load on the roll, such as steel plates and thick metal foils.It ensures reliable quality even under harsh conditions.
Optional groove processing further enhances grip performance
