Steel construction on both ends prevents wear on roll edges
By using steel on both ends of the roll, which are likely to come into contact with the sheet, it is possible to prevent wear on the edges, which is a common issue with rubber rolls, thereby extending the life of the roll and reducing maintenance costs.
Flat connection prevents foreign matter from adhering
The rubber part in the center and the steel parts on both ends are connected flatly with no gaps, which prevents paper dust and other debris from adhering, preventing product contamination and maintaining a clean production environment.
