Exclusions from Warranty for OS Expander Rolls
In the following cases, repairs will be subject to a fee even within the warranty period:

Repairs for failures caused by improper use or negligence in handling.

Repairs for failures caused by wind and flood damage, earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, or other natural disasters (acts of God), as well as pollution or abnormal voltage (abnormalities in the commercial power supply).

Failures or damages caused by repairs or modifications performed by parties other than our authorized service personnel.

Failures in this product caused by other connected equipment or machinery.

Failures or damages resulting from use in locations or environmental conditions other than those originally intended.

Failures and damages caused by dropping or similar impacts during transportation, movement, or installation after purchase.

Failures resulting from handling that violates the usage instructions and precautions described in the instruction manual.

Products on which the model name or manufacturing number (serial number) has been altered or intentionally removed.

Malfunctions occurring in interaction with specific third-party parts or connected equipment (so-called compatibility issues).

When the product is purchased from a source other than an authorized dealer
