A. Yes, we gladly accept them! We welcome rolls from both domestic and international manufacturers. Please feel free to consult with us first. (※ Please note that some special shapes may not be compatible.)
Q. What types of rubber materials are compatible?
A. We handle standard rubber, as well as special rubbers like fluorine-based ones. (※ Please note that urethane, sponge rubber, and grooved rolls cannot be polished.)
Q. What sizes can be polished?
A. We handle a wide range from a minimum of φ17 to a maximum of φ340. We have a proven track record of polishing rolls of various sizes. (Compatible rubber surface length: 150mm to 8400mm)
Q. Can we specify the surface finish (roughness)?
A. Yes, absolutely. You can specify your desired sandpaper grit (roughness). If requested, we can also provide a "Surface Roughness Inspection Report" after polishing.
Q. There are cracks on the surface...
A. It depends on the condition, so please consult our expert staff first. If the rubber deterioration is severe or there are deep cracks, polishing may not be possible. We will thoroughly diagnose the condition beforehand.
